Gallatin

The Gallatin River is located just 8 miles west of Bozeman. It flows north along Montana Hwy 191, from Yellowstone National Park to its confluence with the Missouri Headwaters at Three Forks. The Gallatin River is a fantastic river both for walk/wade trips from the mouth of the canyon down to its confluence with the East Gallatin River where it is lawful to float fish.
